Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or exchange if approved.

Order Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lavish Funds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
